WHO WE ARE

We are a small dedicated team that puts customer service as our top priority.
Without satisfied customers there is no us.

 

Our lead instructors Byron and Derek have been in the electrical field for over 18 years each. Byron is primarily our lead instructor for the Prep Exam/ Blended courses while Derek focuses on the Continuing Education part.

 

Our customers come first, we limit the size of our live classes to enhance the student’s experience. We feel that each student deserves time to go though their questions one by one and in doing so we have to keep our classes small.

MEET OUR TEAM

BYRON

Lead Instructor

Started in the electrical field in 1996 and since then has worked hard to become licensed as a master electrician in numerous states. Byron’s passion is in our Prep Exam/Blended Course, he developed this course from scratch and formatted it in such a way that the student is always engaged. Byron’s goal is to help other electricians reach their full potential.
DAVINA

Administrator

Is the glue of the company – She handles all the state applications, and approvals. Also is in charge of the course delivery and certificates. She is our line of communication between Lightwave Learning and the State Electrical Boards.
DEREK

Instructor

Derek has over 18 years of field experience and joined Lightwave Learning as a SME (Subject Matter Expert). Derek has moved into writing some of our CEU courses. Derek also teaches our live seminar courses.
